This edition was published in 1818 and includes an Appendix containing The Articles of Confederation written in 1778, The Constitution of the United States, and the Amendments to the Constitution. The book is in very condition, contains no library markings or signatures, and is one of the first editions that featured the names and portraits of the authors. The book's binding is excellent condition and contains 508 pages of uniform text and has a ¾" brown, leather cover with gold embroidered lettering on the spine, and marbleized boards on the inner covers.
