This is a beautiful example of Franklin Mint's 1:32 scale die-cast Emergency One Fire Engine.I acquired this model a number of years ago from a friend who had connections with Franklin Mint. I'm not sure if it was brand new when I got it but it certainly looked unused and I have never displayed it. I have always kept it in its original packaging (the outer carton is a bit tatty) and the wooden display stand is still sealed in its foam packaging.I am not a collector but I have had a close look at the model and everything looks to be present and correct. As far as I can tell it is in pristine condition. Please get in touch if you know of anything in particular that I should be looking for and I will happily answer any questions to the best of my ability.The two exterior mirrors on the front of the cab are supplied in a small bag. These are push fits (not glued) into the bodywork and I am guessing that they are this way to reduce the risk of breakage in transit as they do look a little vulnerable. I have loosely fitted them for the photographs.As can be seen from the photos, the polystyrene shell and the plastic chassis protector hold the engine securely in the packaging. I will carefully add some extra protection for the ladder assembly to minimize the risk of damage in transit.All the expected documentation appears to be present with
