This is auction for a doll that I don't know if it is worth saving. I think he is hard plastic and I got him for a friend who does "alternative" art but he appears to have been a fairly expensive doll which may be able to be fixed or perhaps used for parts. He has deep brown sleepy eyes that work but seem to be smeared with something black as shown in the third photograph. His eyelashes appear to have been shortened except for a small part in the center of each eye. Other than that, the head seems to be in good vintage condition but has glue about the neck where it was glued to the torso (by a previous owner). There is what appears to be some sort of a pivot mechanism with cords in the head and torso, so the head would originally have rotated. The torso is in good condition but the detached arm is dented on two sides as shown in the fifth, sixth, and seventh photos. The eighth photo shows a dent in the upper part of the detached leg and a crack with a small space in the area of the other leg where it attaches to the torso. The doll's head is clearly marked as shown in the ninth photograph with the Petitcollin eagle's head, France, 50, B and what appears to be a very faint D. The torso is marked with the eagle's head, 50, and 4. The arms and legs are not marked. It is difficult to get a good measurement but the doll seems to be about
