Closed the game board measures ca. 6 3/4 x 13 inches; open it is 13 1/ 2 x 13 inches. The outside is quite worn, having been rubbed over the years. The back of the closed board offers a list of 10 Bradley Games for sale which are original and entertaining including this one.

The interior is attractive and freameable. On the playing surface the board has printed along the top, running over the fold, Patented March 30th 1866. The words on the squares give an insight into some of the values of those living just after the close of the Civil War (the squares having the wor to on them are a mean to get to that square): Honesty to Happiness, Crime to Prison, Industry to Wealth, Poverty, Disgrace, Influence to Fat Office (the name of another square)

A nice game board to frame and put inyour game room or to give as a gift.
