PLEASE SCROLL DOWN FOR MORE PHOTO THIS CHARMING TEA SET HAS MANY THINGS GOING FOR IT. 1. It is what is commonly referred to as "Dragonware". 2. It was made in Japan, probably right after the end of WWII. 3. It was hand painted by BETSONS. 4. The cups have Geisha Girl Lithophanes in the bottom. 5. Lavishly adorned with gold trim that is only minimally worn. 6. The set is a complete service for 4. 7. T is no damage, only age related wear and patina. The pot is 7" high to the top of the finial. The cups are demitasse size...they hold 3 oz. The saucers are 5". The creamer and sugar bowl are approx. 3-1/4" x 3" high. The creamer is actually 4" to the tip of the finial of the lid. *** Be sure to add me to your favorites list ! Most of the items I sell were obtained at Garage Sales and Estate Auctions.
