Brigade of Army of the Potomoc.. Letter is in good shape,shows well. Has many folds, but all in tact. Has age spots and small loss of paper on second page. Letter is written to his wife Libby (Elizabeth} concerning he has received orders to take pontoon bridges to Harpers Ferry, needed by General Meade. He advises her not to come to visit until his plans are finalized. Letter is signed Henry with another word I can't read.
