This is a one of a kind clock! Made by Golden November Mfg. Co. of Chicago, Il., this antique alarm clock has a cast metal figure of "Liberty" or "Bounty": a goddess draped in a starry mantle with the symbols of industry all around her- wheels, hammers, plows, sheafs of wheat. The Golden Nov. Company was known for producing novelty clocks such as this one for specific companies or occasions. The clock itself is an alarm style with a round bell, keys for winding and setting as well as for moving the hands. It is not working, but may be fixable. I haven't tried to fix it, but I am sure a clock enthusiast could! The back of the clock is marked 1902. The figure is made of mixed metals and has a coppery patina. She is hollow and can stand freely. The figural portion is marked "GOLDEN NOV MFG CO CHICAGO IL DESIGN PATD" on the back. Overall, this clock is in great shape! A bit dusty but no rust spots or problems. 13 inches high by 10 inches wide and 2 inches deep.
