Up for bid is this beautiful Gorham Chantilly jelly server or aspic server. This pattern was first introduced by Gorham in 1895 and is still in production as of 1999. This information and identification of the pattern is found in the book "STERLING FLATWARE AN IDENTIFICATION AND VALUE GUIDE," BY Tere Hagan, and published in 1999,. The server is marked "GORHAM STERLING". This server measures approx 6" long an weighs 1.02 troy ounce or 31.7 grams on my jewelers scale. This fork is in excellent estate condition.
