Grand Atlantic Hotel Brochure states that the Grand Atlantic is "...an elegant new hotel, located on Virginia Avenure and the beach." Talks of may conveniences: Hot and Cold Sea Water Baths; Brass and Enameled Bedsteads and many other modern ammenities. Charles E. Cope - Propreitor. Cope was know for owning or running the "Clifton," "San Marcus," "Albermarie," "Kenilworth," the "Grand Atlantic," and the "Jackson" hotels at Atlantic City. 20 page brochure full of illustrations and photos of the 'new' steel pier (about 1898); the boardwalk and grand rooms of the hotel. Measures 5" x 6". DESCRIPTIONS: All items are described conservatively and to the best of my abilities. Please ask questions before you place a bid.
