HO CNS&M North Shore Trolley Freight Motor No.459
Pricing & History
- Source eBay
You are bidding on a brass HO model of a North Shore four-truck electric freight motor. manufactured in Japan many years ago for the Milwaukee Car Works Division. The model has never been used. I tested it yesterday, and it runs quite well. It has a large can motor and all sixteen wheels are driven. Over the years it has accumulated some tarnish. The four trolley poles and four little end braces are included in separate bags. The original foam is gone, but the model is well packed in bubble wrap. The prototype locomotive was built in 1941 for the Oregon Electric Railway and sold to the North Shore in 1946.
