Up for your consideration is this really old & really big & really heavy antique cast iron kettle. Measures approx 20" in diameter & 15" deep. That is a park bench behind it in the one picture. She has no chips and no cracks but it does look like maybe she had some sort of plug/repair on one side at some point in her life. Look at the small disks in the pics. I don't know~~ maybe it was a counterweight so it would hang straight. ;o) Anyway, both handles are in fine shape & she does have all three of her feet as you can see, The very bottom of the pot does touch the floor if you set her on a flat surface but this thing is real & thick & heavy (about 60 lbs!) I didn't clean it & I sure wasn't going to paint it. Has a raised "15" & a "G" on the bottom as you can see. I'm still not sure about that either~~ that "15" could be a "5" but I'm betting she's a 15 gallon. Does have some very minor surface rust inside but I'm sure this was a "working model" & not just somebody's planter. So now we are going to get to see if old "Daddy Ray" takes a bath on this one because as the lord is my witness, I have never, ever paid anyw near what I had to give for this one at auction!! Now everybody wants them so ya just can't buy em at auction anymore dag nab it!! Anyway, take a look and decide how bad you want her because I'm gonna put all my faith
