HUGE family estate PAPER LOT! 1820-1945, Western NY Buffalo, NY pre Civil War!

Estate fresh!
Excellent HUGE paper lot regarding the Farrington family of western New York state. Mostly South Wales, East Aurora, and Buffalo, NY. This all came as you see it, from one estate and traces the family from 1820 until 1945 at the end of WW2! This starts with the family purchase of property from the Holland Land Company along Buffalo Creek in 1820. This is HAND SIGNED by all of the heads of the Holland Land Company IN HOLLAND. There is a wikipedia page for almost every person that signed this document! There is a contract for a carpenter to build a house on the property! There are leases for tenants and other legal documents. There are letters pertaining to family business from the early 1900s. There are even enlistment and discharge papers for two brothers in WW2. One for the navy, another for a tank division!
Very large and excellent lot. Having grown up in Western NY in a 200 year old house, the Holland Land Patent papers are VERY neat! Such a great lot spanning over 100 years and some of the earliest settlers to the Niagara frontier.
Please see photos for description and condition, these documents are very old. Please feel free to ask questions.
