Ingraham 1899 Introduction You are bidding on a Victorian Era, beautiful restored Ingraham Mantle Clock from 1899. Description This is one of the 4 columns Ingraham clock made in 1899 in painted black wooden case Adamantine style. The clock is fully original. This clock has original paint with sign of age on the surface. The case is finished in black and dark green color with gilded decorations. This clock has eight day two trains movement, signed Ingraham on the front plate.The movement chimes on an hour on the cathedral coil gong and strike on half hour on the bell.The clock has beautiful brass bezel and dial pan. It comes with a key that fits winding trains. The original label is present. The back door (original) comes with the clock. Size: 17" x 12" x 7" Condition The clock runs great and looks nice. It has been fully restored, cleaned and serviced. The movement has been taken apart for cleaning. The case is cleaned, the paint has "orange skin" surface due to the age.The brass bezel is polished and protected from tarnish. See supersize pictures for more details. The clock is 100 years old. The clock is in good condition for it's age. The wooden case has some chips and nicks done by the years. The paper dial is original, see pictures for condition. See my other items.
