This listing is for an interesting Japanese shrine dating to the 20th century. The shrine is plated in 24 karat gold with two doors that open to reveal a seated buddha atop a recumbent elephant and is marked 900 on the underside. The buddha stands 5.5 inches tall and weighs 520 grams. The case stands 7.75 inches tall overall. condition is very good with no apparent damages. #
