These books were actually once in the official library of the Atomic Energy COmmission, then they were transferred to the Department of Energy, which sold its entire library a few years ago. Offered here are 16 of the 17 books originally published, lacking only volume 3. Published more than 60 years ago, this set of books is now long out of print and hard to find.
