JAPANESE SADO ISLAND FUNA DANSU DOOR PHOTOS BELOW Listed is a late Edo period (1800s-1850s) rare Sado Island funa dansu door. This unique door has a crane (tsuru), turtle (kame) and lotus flower (hasu no hana) motif made of iron with what we believe to be kiri wood. The door is in good condition with some aging due to its considerable age and vintage, also a couple of nails are missing. (see photos). Dimensions: 15" x 13" x 3/4" We ship Worldwide!
