This is Japanese jumonji yari. The blade is signed " Echizekoku ju Kanenori " ( signature is hard to cach in my camera ), muromachi period Ca. 1570 made. The blade is out of polish, has minor flea-bite rust on surface but no deep rust or pittings. The very wide temper line are visible all along the edge, no forging flaws, no nicks, no bend and no cracks. This is blade only, no scabbard / no pole and good project for polish / remountings. The blade measures 7 3/4" tip to the neck, 5 1/8" wide and 17" tip to the end of the tang. The cutting edge is still sharp. Shipping is $8 priority in U.S and $25 overseas via express mail.
