Johnnie Johnson. Air Vice-Marshall. Second ranking British Ace of WWII. Credited with 38 victories. Awarded the British Decoration: DSO & 2 Bars, DFC & Bar. He made history when he was part of the first Spitfire Wing to land in France and three months later was patrolling the Rhine fighting the Messerschmitts. We offer a photograph of a Spitfire in flight, 8"x10", B&W, beautifully signed by Johnnie Johnson. Excellent contrast as he has signed on the light area of the sky.
