Up for auction is this brilliant pink and grey necklace and earring demi parure, which has a classy delicate look when worn. This style was very popular as both the Pitman and Musetta Juliana books show many examples of this bib style necklace and the pink and grey colors are a real 1950's color combination. The pictures show it all better than I could possibly explain, but the earrings were made and soldered a little different from each other, which shows they weren’t mass produced, but instead individually made. The bottom end of one earring “floats”. It is not broken, it was made this way. (See pictures.) Difference not visible when worn. Other than that slight difference in the 2 earrings, the condition is excellent, all stones are prong set, sparkly and in place, earring clips are tight. The necklace is 15" long (you can’t totally straighten it out to measure it), and 1-1/2" deep at the center. The earrings are 1-1/2" long by 3/4" wide. All set on silver-tone backing. JUST LOOK AT THE PICTURES. Ask any questions you may have before biding.
