Two track reel-to-reel backing track stage tape used by Keith Emerson and Emerson, Lake and Palmer for their 1972-3 'Trilogy' tour.
In order to perform select songs from the 'Trilogy' album onstage during their 1972-3 tour, Emerson Lake and Palmer utilized backing tracks for some of Keith Emerson's keyboard parts. Up for auction is one of the Trilogy tour stage tapes which was recorded on BASF stock at Advision Studios in March 1972 and comes from the private collection of a former recording industry professional who has owned it for the past twenty years.
