Lambert aluminum-shell high flange front hub with hollow steel axle. 36 holes. 202,0g. Chamfered outer spoke holes. Bearings are reasonably smooth, all threads and spoke holes are clean, with only slight spoke-pull markings. Lambert was established in 1972 with the goal to grab market-share through innovation at price points that had been taken for granted by other manufacturers. Lambert experimented with mass-production fillet brazing, seamless tubing, extensive use of aluminum, cartridge bearings, needle bearings, weight reduction and outsourcing. Not everything worked (search on-line for "death fork"), and the company eventually folded, but their designers and engineers pushed the market to innovate and take more seriously previously-ignored market segments.
