This is a 1976 hardcover edition of "Lionhead Lodge: Movieland of the Northwest" by Lloyd Peters and published by Ye Galleon Press. The original copyright for this book was 1967. The dust jacket is in very nice condition with no Tears or marks. The textured brown boards have gold lettering on the front and spine with sharp corners this book is in very good condition. It is 6 ½" x 9 ½" and has 183 pages; very nice map endpapers of the Priest Lake area in North Idaho where Lionhead Lodge is. This book contains many vintage black and white photographs of the filmmaking at Lionhead Lodge with Nell Shipman. The colorful story that Spokane, WA and Priest Lake, ID played in the Motion Picture Business in 1923, including the author's first-hand account of life in the silent movies of the 1920's.
