This lot consists of 10 spent 45-70 casings and 10 spent 45-70 bullets. The headstamps are as follows: R-F-4-83, R-F-11-83, F-12-89, F-12-86 (2 of these), R-F-9-83, Blank (inside primed), F-9-88, R-F-?-82, R-F-4-77 (inside primed). All items are in dug condition with the normal dents and dings associated with dug relics. None of the items have been cleaned. These were dug on private property with permission in southern New Mexico, site of the 1880s Apache Wars. This would make a great Indian Wars display!! Thanks for looking!
