Lynn Dawson Cook Hunter Knife

Arizona knifemaker Lynn Dawson Cook has been making knives for many years. She began making knives before she was out of high school. She then took an apprenticeship under her uncle Barry Dawson, an accomplished knifemaker of over 30 years. She has been written up in several magazines and won awards for her work at knife shows all over the southwest.
She is one of a small number of women making custom knives. (Lynn no longer makes knives) This knife is unused.
This beautiful damascus hunter features stabilized Maple Burl scales over full tang held on with 2 fancy mosaic pins. Stainless lined lanyard hole. Finger groove.
Thumb notches & vine file work on top edge. LYNN in script engraved on one side of the blade. Never used, lightly carried.
8 1/2" OAL; 3 3/4" blade 3/16" thick.
One of her brown leather pouch type belt sheath included.
