Original 1980s 18" x 24" POSTER featuring a gorgeous black & white shot of screen legend MARILYN MONROE taken by legendary photographer PHIL STERN back in 1953! Stern, who passed away back in 2014, SIGNED/AUTOGRAPHED and dated the poster on the front to Seller (in black pen), "To Kip = Best, Phil Stern 11/4/89," and wrote and signed the following on the back (in black pen): "Shot 12/13/53 - Back Stage at Shrine Auditorium - L.A. Examiner Benefit Show. Phil Stern." Stern is also well known for his shots of other celebrities, including JAMES DEAN ! Poster in VG+ condition. Exhibits various roll marks and crease marks and some edge wear.
