is a very large salad serving bowl in the Peach Blossom pattern by Metlox Poppytrail. It measures 12.5" at the widest point of the top opening, and stands 6.75" high. The rim of the bowl is a freeform design, not perfectly straight. It is a beautiful, rare piece, in excellent condition - no chips, no cracks, no crazing, and no stains. T is a mark on the bottom of #19. This pattern is pictured and described in the Metlox Potteries, ID and Values, by Carl Gibbs, Jr., on pages 106 through 108. It dates from the year 1952. I would prefer this to be a pickup at my home, or I could ship it via UPS. The U.S. Post Office is now charging very high rates for oversized packages, and in order for this to be padded and shipped safely, the box would have to be at least 16" x 16". Please email me with any questions or requests for more photos and I will be happy to oblige. No reserve. Buyer pays shipping. Pickup at my home is also available. I do not charge a handling fee. Bid with confidence, your satisfaction is guaranteed. I pack very carefully with bubble wrap and double or triple box when necessary. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding!
