Military Ejection Seat Parachute - USNavy - Air Force

I'm not an expert on parachutes. The pack appears complete with all the hardware, including the pull cord. That snaps are all t and working as well as all the connectors. All parts are marked with US issue part numbers.

This old parachute appears to be intact and functional as far as the outside goes. I give no guarantee that this thing will work. By the wording on the chute it appears to be from an ejection seat. The chute is blue and may be other colors. As the pack is military, it may have been used as a special unit show parachute. I imagine this is a Vietnam era or a little later parachute. I have had one of these before and after opening it to check it, it took an hour to get it repacked. Hence I've chosen not to open this one. This will look great with your militaria collections.
