With An Introduction by Henry Ridgely Evans.” Published by Frederick J. Drake & Co., Publishers, Chicago, Illinois, 1902. First Edition. 448 immaculate pages aged to an ivory color, a few pages with small smudges in the margins. Previous owner small stamp in the left front endpaper, else clean. Bound in blue-grey decorative cloth with a pictorial of a Magician on the front cover embossed with black & red. Magician wears a black cape and he has a tiny red devil standing on his shoulder and whispering into his ear and another red devil standing on the magician’s left breast who seems to be peering out to us the readers and bears a mischievous smile. Black titling on the front cover and black titling and a smaller pictorial embossed on the spine. The book has bumps to the corners and to the top and bottom of the spine.
