Motorola Playmate Model #3F22C Phonograph/Record Player

Here we have a really nice player from the late 50's - a Motorola Playmate, Model #3F22C in Carribean Blue/Ivory color. This is a somewhat scarce model and hard to find. It's a "bandshell" design fashioned with a unique fiberglass case. This player has had the amplifier 100% rebuilt (nice all copper chassis!), Cartridge replaced by a Sonotone 52T bridged for mono (nice & easy on your records) and the BSR record changer has been totally broken down, cleaned, lubed & adjusted for reliable play. The work was done by a very competent technician (Chris Cuff of Forestburgh, NY - YouTube channel "fortyfiveplayer") and you can actually log onto YouTube to see the restoration being done.

I personally collect mostly RCA 45 players and their offspring and this just doesn't fit into my collection. You can log into "seeburgsrock" on YouTube to see what I'm referring to. I've put a very fair & realistic "Buy It Now" price on this player though I might consider a trade towards an UNUSUAL or SCARCE 45 RPM RCA player or near "relative".
