The lack of camouflage and the brilliant unit markings illustrate the almost complete air superiority the Flying Fortress had achieved by the end of the war. The Boeing B-17G was powered by four Wright Cyclone air-cooled engines, giving it a speed of 300 m.p.h. at 30,000 ft. The kit includes clear 'spinning' propellers, and loads of working parts."
