From looking at the cord, pull chain, and the structure of the base internals it appears to be of the 1930’s – 40s era. There are absolutely no maker marks anywhere on the glass, the lead, the base, nor the shade. I did have a woman who has been making stained glass windows and teaching the art for about 35 years what her opinion was. She said if the person was an amateur they were very good. She thought it to be leaded glass where the lead used appears to be brass-like and the glass was intentionally made with small circles or, if it was actually made of some broken glass piece, it must have been a circular piece of glass and quite tall ( or several similar small pieces which were being recycled.) Her feeling was that the glass had been made for the piece as the glass is thick and complements the thick layering of lead. Dimensions are the base is about 7 inches across, the shade about 13 inches in diameter and the height when put together is just shy of 12 inches. It is heavy about 7 to 10 pounds. The 3 arms from the base each have a small hole at the end. There are quarter inch long posts, short, which fit into the holes at the end of each arm. The lamp base is mounted by a metal strap which appears to be a galvanized strap, similar to what would have been used on a house gutter. But the soldering is very well done as is the
