You are bidding on a March 1929 edition of National Sportsman Magazine. This magazine measures approximately 8-1/2 inches by 11-inches and has 66 pages. The cover artist rendering is entitled "He's Still There!"; artist unknown by this seller. Both front and back covers (inside and out) are in full color. All interior pages are black and white. Fantistic Winchester and Pflueger adds when you open the magazine. The photographs (which are many scattered throughout the entire magazine) are priceless. For a publication that's 85 years old, this magazine is in excellent condition; no tears, no rips, no smudging - just perfect. It's truly hard to believe not only how difficult things were 85 years ago but also how people took those difficulties in stride. The articles are well written and provide an amazing insight on what hunting and fishing was like in 1929. A favorite article of mine is "Broad-Bills on Currituck". Having just moved from Northern Wisconsin, "Lakers Through the Ice" brought back fond (cold) memories of ice fishing. These magazines (I am selling an August 1930 too) are priceless to me so I'm hoping they find a home with someone who is a true collector in hopes these great references can be preserved for our grandkids and great-grandkids! I accept PayPal only. For international bidders, I only ship to countries recognized
