OLDENBURG METEORITE: 10 SEPTEMBER 1930 FALL

The five samples in the photograph weigh together 0.6 grams. However, only one sample is available for this auction.

Auction Sample is at extreme left, on the top row in the photograph. My guess is that it is about 0.1 gram.

Oldenburg meteorite fell at 2:15 PM on 10 Sept 1930 in Niedersachsen, Germany. One stone fell in Bissel and the other at Beverbruch(some 4 km away). It is a L6 chondrite.
