Orig Japanese Woodblock Print Kunichika Samurai Moon

Welcome to my Auction! Please check out the other prints I have for sale. If you don't see something you like this week, please check back next week as the selections I will be selling over the next month are all very different.

The Print: This auction features a genuine original Japanese woodblock print by the famous artist Kunichika Toyohara (1835-1900). The print is of a samurai bathed in a bright moonbeam by which he reads a long scroll. He is holding an umbrella and is wearing elaborate kimono. Kunichika's signature is on the lower right and the print dates most likely from the 1850's. A stunning and unique image, this print would be an excellent addition to a collection or an eye-catching display piece. Thank you for looking!

Condition Details : The print is Oban sized, measuring about 9.25" by 13.75" (24 x 35cm). The print has no backing and is trimmed. Colors are subtle and generally unfaded. The impression is good. T are no pinholes, tears or wormmage to report. T is one centerline crease from top to bottom. Overall good condition. Please inspect my pictures below.
