Pocket Knife / "Higo King"/ 3 Blades/ Japanese /Vintage

This Japanese all-steel Higo pocket knife (or penknife) dates from somew between the 1970s and 1980s. It has three blades--knife, saw, and some sort of hook knife--as well as a bottle opener shaped into the handle.

The stamped-in writing on one side of the handle says, "Higo no Oo-sama" ("King of Higo"), topped by a playing-card-like picture of a king, while the other side is blank.

T is no oxidation on the blades or handle, and overall this knife is in excellent shape. The cutting edges are sharp, and appear to have never been used, although t are a few scratches and other signs of wqear on the handle.

Measures L8 1/8" (206mm) when open, with a L3 1/4" (83mm) knife cutting edge.
