Princess Phone Blue Telephone Rotary Dial Lights Up!

You are bidding on a Vintage Blue Princess Phone model 701B, manufactured in 9/62 as stamped on the bottom. It is a hardwired phone, wired to plug into a modular jack and bring power to the light bulb provided. This phone includes the necessary transformer and a modified Y-splitter, along with line cords to make this phone do what Western Electric intended. "It's LIttle, It's Lovely, It Lights!" Take a look at the picture of the dial glowing. The Princess Phone includes a night lite feature, allowing you to have the bulb switched off or lit dimly when it is hung up. When the receiver is lifted, it will nearly light a dark room! This early model Princess 701B does not include the internal ringer found on the later 702B model. T are signs of its age present, such as a few nicks, and a small, barely visible repaired crack next to the finger stop. Because of its age and the vulnerability of the blue color, t is some discoloration. However, this phone has been disassembled, cleaned internally and polished externally to shine brightly and beautifully. You will not be disappointed with this rare gem.
