VERY LARGE (11½in x 8¼in approx) British Railways official photograph of Fishguard Harbour station on 14 August 1951. This photograph shows part of the moveable station roof. Fishguard Harbour is the terminus of the fomer Great Western Railway's North Pembrokeshire & Fishguard Line, and is located at 288 miles 18 chains (milepost mileage from Paddington via Gloucester, Llanelli & Maenclochog) . Excellent condition, uncreased . Photograph by British Railways Civil Engineer's Office Photographic Dept. Please note that all photographs are scanned at low resolution for ebay; the originals are much sharper than the scan. Discount given on postage & packing for multi ple purchases, but if you purchase more than one item, please wait for an invoice before paying so that the correct discount can be given. Payment within seven days please (unless agreed otherwise by prior arrangement), or the item will be re-listed. All photographs are sent by 1st class post, and are packed in protective plastic sleeves inside envelopes with card stiffening to prevent any damage in the post.
