This item is hand thrown earthenware with a copper matte glaze. The pottery is thrown on the potters wheel by Robert Briggs and then hand carved and painted by Ruth Cutter. The piece is then raku fired outdoors in post-fire reduction. This is an original One-of-a-kind, Corvus Moon Piece.

hhh � Will not hold liquids indefinitely as lowfire earthenware is porous. If you wish this pottery to retain water you must seal the inside with an acrylic or concrete sealer.
