This rare sewing machine is the most beautiful I have ever seen! It is The Eldredge "E", made in the late 1800s around the turn-of-the-century. The cabinet is solid and made of a beautiful golden oak. It features carved trim and decorative panels on three sides. The cabinet is in excellent condition and does not appear to have been refinished or altered in any way. The machine itself is in good working order and excellent cosmetic condition. It is black with a gold Egyptian motif, complete with sphinxes. The case, when closed, is 18 1/2" by 22 1/2" and 30" tall. Open, the cabinet is 43 3/4" long. This impressive cabinet is absolutely gorgeous and is sure to look splendid with your Victorian decor. It is available for local pickup and viewing at Consignment Outlet, 15700 Middlebelt Road, Livonia, MI 48154. We are open from 10-7 Monday thru Saturday. The key to this sewing machine was misplaced long ago. Be sure to check out our other auctions for more quality merchandise.
