Welcome harmonica collectors, today I have a rare beauty which I'm sure you'll agree when you view the photos! This harmonica is a very old piece that was found in the attic of a home built in the late 1800's, under the floorboard. The harmonica has aged well with minor dust, scratches and rust marks which shows the authenticity of this hard to find harmonica. The bottom of the harmonica is inscribed with two hands holding a circle reading "GESETZL GESCH". Above this is the words TRADE MARK . It also includes 4 other inscriptions that state "GRAND PRIX GENEVE 1927", "GRAND PRIX PHILADELPHIA 1926", "GRAND PRIX PARIS 1937" and "GRAND PRIX CHIC. 1893" . The instrument works great and it has a total of 28 holes, 14 on top and 14 on bottom. The instrument is in C minor. The box is also included and does have some fraying on the edged. However, it is NOT cracked, torn or broken in anyway. Good luck!
