This is an Autumn Leaf vegetable with lid by Crooksville. It differs from the covered vegetable casserole dish in that it does not have the rim for the lid to rest on. This item is featured in C.L Miller's The Jewel Tea Company: Its History and Products on page 163. It's the bowl on the bottom picture with a lid from the covered casserole in the upper picture. The bowl has the typical overall crazing. The decal is very nice with only one bud showing slight wear. The lid is also in great shape with typical crazing - no chips or cracks. I've tried to show the details in the pictures but more pictures are certainly available upon request - just let me know what details you would like to see.
