RAREST RISK GAME VERSION IN THE WORLD!! The Ultimate Risk Game Antique! THIS GAME IS IN VERY NICE SHAPE It didn’t see much use in it 54 years No Reserve: Your Chance to Own a Piece of RISK History! If you do a little research into the history of the game ‘RISK’ you will come across the origins of the game in 1957 in France , created by Albert Lamorisse. Albert worked for the Miro Company, a French game company that Parker Brothers created an affiliation with to manufacture and distribute games in France and visa versa. You can also find this historical information in the 40 th anniversary Risk Game rulebook. Parker Brothers adapted this game for the US market and in 1959 introduced the first US edition of Risk….the rest is history!! Up for auction is this 1957 version game… The Ultimate Risk Game Antique! La Conquete du Monde This game is in French with some English on the cards and maps. Please review the detailed description….for a 54 year old game, this one is in pretty darn good shape! CONTENTS: Wooden Pieces: All the army containers are cardboard. There were no tops to the boxes in this version. The single boxes are very full. There are 5 of each “10’s armies” pieces of each color. Board: Front: Constructed out of very heavy cardboard.
