Rivarossi USRA 4-6-2 Light Pacific Steam Locomotive with Pennsylvania Railroad Passenger Train Set 1977(?) N-Gauge 4-Unit Set Never used, in original factory packaging. This set includes the following Rivarossi individually cased rolling stock:Case Label: "5501 J Pennsylvania Black Pacific 4-6-2" Contents: 4-6-2 Locomotive and TenderCase Label: "5201 B Pennsy Pullman" Contents: PRR "James Logan" Pullman Passenger CarCase Label: "5211 B Pennsy Combine" Contents: PRR Combination Passenger / Mail CarCase Label: "5231 B Pennsy Observation" Contents: PRR Passenger Observation CarLocomotive appears to be a P-5A, but I'm not an expert, so I could be wrong. The cardboard case insert (see photo) for the locomotive and tender appears to have been printed in 1977 and has the following information: "4-6-2 U.S.R.A. Light Pacific steam Locomotive" "The 4-6-2 U.S.R.A. Light Pacific was designed expecially (sic) for passenger service and when delivered early in 1919. The U.S.R.A. program limited the load per axle to about 54.000 (54,000) pounds. This allowed the light engines to run on most main lines." "The Light Pacific had 25" by 28" cylinders and 200 pounds of pressure. The originals weighted (sic) 277.000 (277,000) pounds and rated 40.700 (40,700) pounds tractive force.
