This is a very rare custom made fountain/cartridge pen that has been made from a piece of wood cut from Maple Tree #5 at the Robert Frost Farm in Derry, New Hampshire . The tree was felled at the farm on September 27, 2007. The condition of the pen is never used new condition still contained in it's original wood display box complete with it's outer cardboard protective box and an ink cartridge . The winning bidder will also receive a certificate of authenticity from The Robert Frost Farm attesting that the wood is indeed from the Farm. The wood in the display box is not from the tree that was felled on the farm. Only the wood in the pen is from the farm.
