Pair of Vintage ROSEVILLE Art Pottery BLUE Apple Blossom CANDLE HOLDERS #351

· Each Candle Holder measures approximately 2¼Â" long x 3½Â" diameter

Up for auction is a vintage (1940Â's) pair of Roseville Art Pottery Candle Holders in the Â"Apple BlossomÂ" pattern. Roseville Pottery was incorporated on January 4, 1892 in Ohio and closed in November, 1954. Look closely at the details on this fantastic piece of pottery with its matte finish. The Apple Blossom pattern was made in 1948 and has a primitive rustic pattern. The background color is PERSIAN BLUE Â- shades of blue staring with a light blue color at the top of the candle holders and changing into a rich blue color at the bottom of the candle holders. T are Â"handlesÂ" in the shape and coloring of real branches that gracefully extend into the gorgeous flower design of yellow flowers with pink blossoms and green leaves. The Apple Blossom design is on both sides of the candle holders Â- it is slightly different Â- on one side the bottom branch goes to the left and on the other side is goes to the right. The bottoms are marked in relief (raised) Â"Roseville U.S.A. 361Â". Note: I currently have a matching Center Bowl and a matching Cornucopia (both with a Blue background and both in the Apple Blossom pattern) available on eBay this week.
