(I believe this is the original but cannot confirm this, slight tear to right side of letter about 2" long)

Signed by the Secretary of the Royal Victorian Order

It also has written on the reverse by an unknown hand "Nan Cress?? first husband who died when I was very young He was a founder member of the Southsea Sea Angling Club
