RUSSIAN MILITARY WATCH VOSTOK USSR SOVIET 3AKA3 MO CCCP KOMANDIRSKIE BOCTOK

A rare large Russian mens military wristwatch made by the Vostok (Boctok) watch factory in the 1970's 1980's. Vostok means East in Russian. It is in very good condition (please see photos for condition). It has a rotating bezel and a screw down crown. It is a mechanical wind-up watch and is working well and keeping very good time. On the black face below the 12 is the word 'Komandirskie', commander written in Russian. Below the 6 in tiny letters is 'ZAKAZ MO CCCP' in english this means 'By Order Of The Ministry Of Defense Of The Soviet Union'. Only Vostok watches with CCCP at the bottom of the dial were made in the Soviet era. The watch would have been worn by a commander in the Soviet army. The watch comes with an original Boctok military leather strap, has BOCTOK and CCCP pressed into the inside of the strap. Unlike so many of the Russian watches on ebay this watch was made when Russia was the Soviet Union not a modern copy. Size: diameter 4.4cm inc crown, and 4.5cm from top to bottom. Please look at the other watches I have for sale, Poljot Sturmanskie, CWC, Slava, and Vostok!
