Fine and very scarce mid-19th century lithographed battle plan of this important historical encounter which occurred after the Guadalupe Hidalgo had been signed.

A rare detailed battle map relating to the Mexican-American War, issued about the same year the event occurred.Very detailed, with extensive positions, city plan, topographical details, etc.

In Good condition, some scattered foxing and light age staining as seen, left blank margin inset tab trimmed close to neat line at bottom as issued (to facilitate folding), small piece of old tape to mend short tear at left inset tab, general light age wear.
