Scott #38 - The 30 cent Benjamin Franklin stamp issued in 1860 Scott #75 - The 5 cent "reddish brown" Thomas Jefferson stamp issued in 1862, Scott #115 - The 6 cent George Washington stamp issued in 1869 and Scott #245 - The $5.00 Columbian Exposition stamp issued in 1893 -- Stamps are used with all having faults. Scott #38 has been re-perforated ( Stamp could be #38P3 with perforations and a cancellation added.) Scott #75 has been repaired, Scott #115 has surface scuffs and Scott #245 has been repaired.
