Up for true auction with a 99 cent starting bid and no reserve is a US postage stamp Scott number 7. This stamp was submitted in 2008 PSE for grading, and surprisingly returned a grade of only VG-50, due to two thins which are apparent only if you hold the stamp up to the light. Condition: Used Cancel: Black town and pen cancels.Margins: Four big margins, clear of the design on all sides.Faults: Thin at center and right edge.Reverse: Never hinged.Overall Impression: From the front, a beauty of a stamp, with a very clean and crisp appearance. From the back, you can not even see the thins even with a magnifying glass, they are only apparent under a strong light. After 45 years of collecting, I've decided that my eyes just aren't what they used to be. I'll be selling off my entire collection, starting with my box of extra stamps and space fillers, and then moving onto my prime stamps, plate blocks, and sheets. So check my other auctions as well. If any stamp I have listed is not 100% as I described it, return it to me for a full refund. No fancy graphics or dazzles on my ads, but check my feedback and . Shipping will be by USPS First Class Mail to Paypal confirmed addresses only. I have also included options for Priority Mail.. I will ship to international locations. Shipping will be actual cost for First Class Mail International or
